  • The stay is charged 2 days before free cancellation ends, at 8 am. Date already passed: charged straight away.
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in time, refunded even after the charge. Without payment by then, cancelled free of charge.

Non-refundable

  • Cheaper than flexible.
  • Charged when you book.
  • No cancellation and no refund of the nights. If you cancel or do not turn up, the stay fees are refunded to you.

Deposit

  • No deposit, no pre-authorisation on your card.
  • If damage is found, we let you know; the amount may be charged to your card within 7 days of departure.
