These terms set out the rules for accessing and using the escappart.com website. By using the website, you accept them.

A booking made on the website is governed by our general terms of sale for guests. The provision of a property by its owner is covered by a separate lease.

You undertake to use the website in good faith and in accordance with the law. It is prohibited:

• to disrupt its operation or attempt to access unauthorised areas;
• to extract its content or data on a large scale.

The information you give in the forms must be accurate.

4. Content and indicative prices

The “from” price of a rental is its lowest price per night over the next twelve months. The price of your stay depends on the dates chosen: you are given the full price before you book.

The figures on our business (rentals, stays, amounts) are calculated from our data, over the period stated. The simulations and examples intended for owners are examples: they do not guarantee any income.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the website is protected (see our legal notice). No right of reproduction, reuse or exploitation is granted outside the cases provided for by law or a prior written agreement from SHbyJM Europe SNC.

6. Liability

We do our best to make sure the website works and that its information is accurate and up to date. We cannot guarantee that there are no errors, omissions or interruptions. You use the website and its information at your own risk.

7. Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party services. They remain subject to their own terms. We do not control their content, their operation or their privacy policy, and we are not responsible for them.
